Our highly trained grooming staff possesses the expert knowledge needed to simultaneously offer skilled grooming services, safety and comfort to our patients.
Pulsed Signal Therapy
PST is a non-invasive treatment that has been successfully used in human medicine in Europe for various debilitating conditions since 1994. It has just recently been approved for use in dogs and cats here in the USA.
PST provides a specific physiological signal carried on a series of magnetic field pulses to the treatment site(s). These uniquely specific energy parameters are transmitted through injured tissue to target the affected area via direct induction. It induces a tiny electrical signal that mimics physiological stimulus that normally occurs in healthy tissue, thus stimulating cellular repair. In the case of damaged and/or arthritic joints, it stimulates the production of new cartilage. In human studies involving over 100,000 patients, PST consistently provided long-term efficacy with no safety issues. It is being used for various conditions including osteoarthritis of the knee, and cervical and lumbar spine, TMJ disorder (temporomandibular joint), chronic pain associated with connective tissue (cartilage, tendon, ligament and bone injury), and joint associated soft tissue traumatic injuries.
In humans, PST has been shown to be an effective and harmless alternative that usually requires only one course of treatment to provide sustained relief of pain and restoration of normal mobility as demonstrated in long-term follow-up studies. PST is an established treatment modality and there are now more than 500 PST therapy centers worldwide for people. It focuses on using "nature's healing benefits" by stimulating the body to restore its natural rhythm and "heal itself", so that other continual therapies may no longer be needed.
Behavioral Medicine
Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We employ trained animal behaviorists who help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client.
Blood Transfusion
We maintain blood donors and have same day access to other life saving blood products for dogs and cats in case of emergency.
Boarding
Pets are like our children — we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active.
Complementary Medicine
Our clinic embraces the holistic approach to pet health and wellness. We balance traditional medicine with photonic acupuncture, electromagnetic diagnostics and treatments, massage, chiropractic, hydrotherapy, and IVIVI / Assisi Electroceutical Therapies.
Day Care
Is your pet unhappy or lonely while you're at work? Give your companion the personal attention he or she deserves throughout the day. We offer the same TLC and playtime offered to our longer-term guests.
Dental Care
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly — above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available including antibiotic fillings of periodontal defects and oral surgery.
Emergency and Critical Care
In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff are backed up by the emergency and critical care providers at North Georgia Animal Emergency Hospital, LLC during after hours. We maintain the modern medications and equipment to administer the ABCs of basic life support — airway, breathing, circulation/cardiac compressions, and the ICU facilities to nurse patients back to full recovery.
Hospice/Euthanasia Services
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.
House Calls
Our mobile health unit responds to house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic. We provide a pet transport vehicle to make house calls if you are unable to bring your pet in yourself.

Lasers
Lasers are a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery. Lasers replace scalpels in many procedures, and are useful for a wide range of conditions, such as cyst, tumor, and wart removal, and can even be used in declawing. Laser procedures result in less pain; less bleeding and less swelling. They reduce risk of infection and result in less post-operative discomfort.
Microchipping
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.
Nutritional Counseling
Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.
Pain Management
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.
